-RealismVisual references are preferred: This means having one picture with all the character's visual characteristics, no photo collages or written references. I am not a profesional character designer, however, we can work on a design if needed, this has a $40 fee though ($20 for PNGtubers)I don't usually work on Fridays, and may not work on Weekends.PAYMENTS
- The Client pays full price upfront, unless the price is $200+, if so, the client has the option to do partial payments.
-The client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.
- Extra may be charged for complexity. aka many small details, complicated patterns,REVISIONS
- Not included in Skeb-like/Suprise me services.
- One revision is allowed per phase (Sketch, Lineart, Rendering, Final details)
- Major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
- Only minor revisions are allowed after the sketch is approved.
- If revisions are needed after the sketch phase, extra will be charged depending on the revision.
- Revisions may affect progress and timeline.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Work completion requires 2-week minimum and may take up to a month depending on each project and availability.
- Less time provided may require rush-fee or/and a poorer result.
- I, the Artist provide progress updates and seek Client feedback voluntarily.
- Final images are provided through Google Drive or Discord.
- I will inform you if there are any delays or adjustments to the timeline.USE
- I sometimes may post/stream commissioned work on my social media. The client is free to ask to not post until agreed date or not post during WIP, and also allowed to keep their identity private. If i'm not allowed to share final result at all a NDA (privacy fee) is required.
- I may use rejected work in progress and versions for other projects according to my discretion, under the condition that it does not harms the client's image.
-Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
- Streamer/content (thumbnails, starting/ending screens, drawing being included in content itself) use increases prices by 50%
- Commercial use (merch, ads, prints) increases price by 200%
- Commissioned work requires credit when used.REFUNDS
-The Client can request refunds if the work has not been delivered after 3 months or the agreed deadline.
- You can request refunds if I haven't started working on it.
-In case of cancellation, refunds can be made depending on how much I've worked on it.
